The location is good, not so great area but if you are looking for a cheap price and only place to sleep then this is great and can be tolerated for a couple of days.

I booked 2 months before my travel and i was trying to contact them thru chat message BUT they never answer back. When we arrive, there is no internet line i had to ask several times to get another connection line. Toilet is old and difficult to flush as the tank itself is not clean. too complicated to use even the shower. i hope they will fix it for the next guests comfort

Dissatisfied.

Within city area and very accessible to food stores.

The hotel is not that clean already and lights are so dim and lastly the staff most especially the receptionist the one that I encountered during our first day of checked-in, not polite and not customer service oriented.

Abbiamo riservato una SUPERIOR ROOM TRIPLA, che ci è stata confermata. Ma al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato una doppia, SPORCA, lenzuola macchiate, scarafaggi che si aggiravano nel letto. Abbiamo chiesto di sostituirla, ci hanno detto che era tutto completo ma verificando su Booking.com c'era ancora la disponibilità di 4 camere triple. Così abbiamo dovuto dormire in 3 in un letto matrimoniale!!! Che confort!!!!

Nothing beside the location is very accessible.

The receptionist is not courteous.The room where we stay is not clean especially THE bathroom.The pension house is so old need renovation.The smell of the hallway is like cockroache.

Besides their location, there's nothing much to like about the hotel especially their staff particularly the receptionist (female). Heard so many complaints from guests during my stay and only the guard is friendly who always greet the guests with a smile.

Unfriendly hotel staff, poor facilities particularly their air conditioning.

The selection of good breakfast, Delicious! Ambiance, cleanliness, open 24 hour convenient walk to anywhere We like to shops and comfort, security. Aircon is nice and cold. Rooms very clean roomy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent accomodation for the price. We have grand time.

My family stayed there. I booked it for them. They are very happy about evrything and no dislikes at all.

What was the highlight of Nature's Pensionne House

Rooms were neat and tidy when we arrived although one can tell the building were kind of existed long enough that some of its facilities have rusted, not working well and even TVs no longer turn on. Safe parking and location is very stategic, ATMs, fast food & food halls and pharmacy are all within reach.

I only have one thing against them..compared to bigger hotels I guess you need to personally maintain the room since they never bothered to check and clean our room into good as when we first arrived. Stayed here for 2nights. And careful, google map and booking.com's hotel location are different and both are incorrect. Although not far from what they indicated, better asked the locals. Its along Chaves st, 2blocks away from Xavier University. I hope we got it right when we marked the correct location via google map.

The location. It's in the heart of the city.

DIRTY. Everything is dirty. I don't know how they clean the room and the bath/toilet, my son don't like to go inside. Even the phone is dirty. No Wi-Fi. Limited TV channel. Used bed sheets and towels are placed in front of our room.
